The project brings together an interdisciplinary research team spanning computer science and human factors psychology from North Carolina State University and Research Triangle Institute (RTI) International. Our team’s leadership, Dr. James Lester, Dr. Bradford Mott, and Dr. Randall Spain, bring extensive experience in creating intelligent learning environments for education and training and conducting human factors research on advanced training technologies. Our team members at RTI bring significant experience working with the first responder community and developing VR-based training.
